These basic forms may be edited by adding and deleting fields to create custom forms specific to your business. Telephone Message Pad is not restricted to only While you were out messages. Solves inconsistent phone answer handling, phone message routing, handling of out of office calls, and lost while you were out message slips. Multi-user versions allow searching all message taken in the office by anyone. Comes in three editions. The low cost Basic Edition which resides on message taker's Windows computer ($49.00 ea) with no added hardware. The Standard Edition resides on a central Windows server (not provided) and supports multiple operators on either Mac or PC ($115 plus $15/operator). Messages may be searched independent of who took the message. The Cloud Server edition is hosted by us and allows message takers and message recipients to log and search all phone calls. In addition to Mac and PC support, the hosted edition is accessible by your mobile professionals using iPad, iPhone, Android, or laptop computers provided they have a web browser and Internet connection.
